Proven Tuning Fork Technology

The Liquiphant FTL31 uses a robust vibrating tuning fork measuring principle. It detects liquids reliably regardless of conductivity, buildup, foam, turbulence, or air bubbles.

This technology outperforms float, capacitive, conductive, and optical sensors in challenging conditions.

The device measures density above 0.7 g/cm³, with an optional 0.5 g/cm³ version available.

Install the FTL31 in cleaning systems, filter units, cooling circuits, and lubrication vessels. It prevents tank overfill and protects pumps from dry running.

The sensor operates safely with two selectable modes. Choose MAX mode for overfill prevention. Choose MIN mode for dry-run protection.

The electronic switch reacts immediately if the level limit is reached or if power fails.

High Temperature Capability

The Liquiphant FTL31 handles process temperatures up to 100°C as standard. It also supports applications up to 150°C.

Measurement accuracy remains within ±2 mm according to DIN 61298-2. Ambient temperature influence remains negligible.
