For example, the sensor can differentiate between oil, water, and air, or detect foam while ignoring the liquid beneath it. This selective sensing improves measurement accuracy and reduces false switching signals in complex process environments.

The RFLS-35 can serve as a direct replacement for vibrating level sensors or conventional capacitive sensors in demanding industrial applications.
